Office Assistant
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent in English
- Experience preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service in person and over the phone for residential and commercial customers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information
- Presents a professional appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pass a background check
- FT/PT hours depending on business needs
- Monday-Friday
